Job summary
The structured finance analyst will support the structuring, analysis, and execution of financing transactions while providing financial modelling and credit analysis to support investment and lending decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial analysis and cash flow modeling
  • Evaluate credit risks and transaction viability.
  • Support the design and execution of financing structures.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and transaction reports.
  • Perform industry and market research.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders during transaction execution.
  • Support due diligence and documentation processes.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, banking, or a related discipline.
  • ACA, ACCA, CFA, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in structured finance, corporate finance, investment banking, credit analysis, treasury, or related functions within the financial services sector
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Knowledge of lending products and financial markets.
  • Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
