We are actively seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to support a fast-paced automotive manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for electricians who thrive in hands-on, production-driven environments and have strong experience with robots, stamping presses, and industrial controls.

This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and plays a critical role in keeping production running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and controls.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and NEC code requirements.
- Diagnose electrical issues using meters, test equipment, and schematics.
- Troubleshoot and repair robots and stamping presses in a high-volume production environment.
- Program and teach Fanuc and/or Comau robots.
- Work with ladder/relay logic, DC drives, switchgear, transformers, and control panels.
- Maintain and repair motors, generators, batteries, and hydraulic/pneumatic control systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and document all work according to company standards.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns in a Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
