Drive meaningful change
As our new Student Analyst, you will provide structured, proactive, and hands-on support to the CEO Office and the Group Executive Team. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and contribute to the smooth execution of activities across the CEO Office.
The role combines coordination and practical support with opportunities to contribute to presentations, analyses, and smaller projects. No two weeks will be the same, and you will gain exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad range of topics across the organisation.
Your main responsibilities include:

Coordinating travel, accommodation, logistics, and other practical arrangements for CEO Office activities
Helping manage the company suite at Royal Arena, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination
Assisting with presentations, meeting materials, analyses, and research to support ongoing initiatives
Contributing to projects, follow-up activities, and day-to-day priorities across the CEO Office
Your Profile
You are a proactive and structured student who enjoys working with different stakeholders and making things happen. You are curious about how businesses operate and eager to gain experience in a dynamic role with exposure to coordination, projects, and business operations.
Additionally, we imagine that you:
Are currently pursuing a relevant university degree, such as Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Are preferably in the first years of your Bachelor’s programme
Are proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
Have strong coordination and time-management skills and can manage multiple priorities
Work with attention to detail and take a structured approach to planning and execution
Are positive, service-minded, and willing to support activities outside regular working hours when needed, including occasional evenings and weekends
Be part of an international community of people who care
You will become part of the CEO Office and work closely with the Chief of Staff. The role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Group Executive Team and colleagues across functions and organisational levels.
You will also coordinate with external partners, including event and venue providers, travel and accommodation suppliers, and other service providers. Working at the centre of the organisation will give you broad insight into the business and valuable experience supporting senior leadership activities.
Beyond your role, you'll become part of a thriving student community, with opportunities to connect, learn, and have fun through social events and networking activities.
