Student Analyst, CEO Office – Project Support

As our Student Analyst, CEO Office, you will provide analytical, strategic, and project-based support to the CEO Office and the Group Executive Team (GET).
Working at the centre of the organisation, you will contribute to a wide range of strategic and operational topics through research, analysis, presentation development, and project coordination. The role offers unique exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to gain insight into how key business decisions are made.
As you develop in the role, you will gradually take ownership of analyses, presentations, and project deliverables, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious student interested in strategy, business development, or management consulting.
Your main responsibilities include:
Developing executive presentations, communication materials, and decision-support content for the CEO Office and Group Executive Team
Conducting research and analyses to support strategic discussions, business cases, and key business decisions
Transforming complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and decision-making materials
Coordinating projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment, structure, and follow-through across stakeholders
Contributing to strategic projects, business priorities, and ad hoc initiatives across the CEO Office
Your Profile
You are a curious and analytical student who enjoys solving problems and drawing meaningful conclusions. You are comfortable working independently while collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and organisational levels.
With an interest in business strategy and value creation, you are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to executive decision-making and support key organisational priorities.
Additionally, we imagine that you:
Are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field, preferably at Master's level or in the final stages of your Bachelor's programme
Bring experience from a student job, internship, or similar role involving strategic, commercial, analytical, or business development-related tasks
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can translate complex topics into clear insights and professional PowerPoint presentations
Are comfortable conducting research and developing decision-support materials
Thrive in a dynamic environment and are willing to support key activities outside regular working hours when needed
Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
Be part of an international community of people who care
You will become part of the CEO Office and work closely with the Chief of Staff while supporting the Group Executive Team and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation. Depending on the topic, you will also engage with external advisory partners and other external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and project delivery.
