About the role We are looking for Student Assistant to joint our Facility Management team of 7 highly motivated colleagues. As a team, we work on ensuring smooth day to day operations across our offices by supporting workplace services, facilities, and practical needs, creating a safe, well functioning, and welcoming work environment for our colleagues. You will play a key role in this, supporting the team through hands on coordination of facilities, office supplies, and practical assistance for events, meetings, and day to day workplace needs. The working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 07.00-13.30 (30 hours per week). The place of work will be our office in Virum, but you can expect trips to our office in Kalundborg occasionally. Location Denmark - Virum Experience Graduate level Department Facility Management How you might spend your days As a Student Assistant, you’ll be: Handling daily ad hoc FM operational tasks, including supplier coordination Managing office facilities, including meeting rooms, storage areas, offices, lockers, and first aid kits Ordering, restocking, and maintaining office supplies and shared equipment Providing practical support for workshops, seminars, events, and reception cover as needed Maintaining shared resources such as the company pool car Who you are We care about who you are as a person. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role: Have a Danish drivers license Experience using the MS Office package Curious about IT systems and know how to use AI to effectively solve tasks (preferably Co-pilot) Have a Danish drivers license Have completed an Upper secondary education (STX, HHX, HTX, HF) Comfortable speaking and writing in English Life at NNE NNE is short for Novo Nordisk Engineering.
