Your Everyday at Nexi
As a Student Assistant in People & Analytics, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Zagreb.

You will join an existing team stationed in different areas of Europe. Your role will involve managing our standard report deliveries to stakeholders, assisting reporting specialists with updating report products, and assisting in preparing and cleaning data for uploads to our people analytics platform.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Deliver employee reports to stakeholders on fixed dates and on an ad-hoc
• Deliver metric reporting to stakeholders on fixed dates and on an ad-hoc
• Support Reporting Specialists in the maintenance of reporting products
• Prepare and cleanse data for upload to our people analytics platform, Crunchr
• Assist in the visualization of PowerPoint Presentations

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• Valid student rights for at least 1,5 year
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
