Rollen spænder bredt, og det er derfor vigtigt, at du trives i et miljø, hvor du både skal sende rapporter i retmæssig tid, udvikle nye løsninger og supportere forskellige projekter. I rollen som Student Assistant bliver du superbruger på vores salgsrapportering og får medansvar for at sikre høj kvalitet i rapporteringen samt identificere muligheder for forbedringer og automatisering. Arbejdstiden er 15 timer om ugen med fleksibilitet i eksamensperioder. Vores arbejdssprog er dansk, men du skal være flydende på engelsk i både skrift og tale, når du sparrer med kolleger i Demants globale hovedkontor, som vi deler bygning med. Dertil skal du forvente månedlige dagsture til Odense, hvor halvdelen af dit team sidder. Dine væsentligste arbejdsopgaver Som Student Assistant vil du have en bred kontaktflade på tværs af virksomheden, herunder: Udsende og vedligeholde eksisterende rapporter samt udvikle nye inden for Salg og Marketing Understøtte implementering af nyt ERP-system og sikre en smidig overgang af rapportering Vedligeholde NPS-rapportering og identificere centrale kundeindsigter Bidrage til strategiske Business Development-projekter Udarbejde analyser, der understøtter beslutninger på tværs af forretningen Hvem er du? For at få succes i denne rolle er du under uddannelse inden for eksempelvis Business, Finance eller IT og har mindst 2 år tilbage af dit studie. Du sætter en ære i at levere præcise analyser inden for aftalte rammer. Du har erfaring med Excel og PowerPoint og har gerne kendskab til andre rapporteringsplatforme.
