Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Student Care Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of a student care centre and ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing daily centre operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supervising staff and ensuring a positive environment for students and parents.
This is primarily a management and operations focused role, with minimal teaching responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the centre
- Manage and coordinate centre staff and daily work arrangements
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, parents and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth implementation of centre procedures and operational standards
- Monitor student attendance, centre activities and administrative matters
- Handle parent enquiries and feedback professionally
- Support staff development, performance and team coordination
- Ensure the centre maintains a safe, organised and conducive environment
- Assist with operational planning and other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Relevant experience in centre management, student care, education or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage daily operations independently and resolve operational issues effectively
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with staff, parents and stakeholders
- Familiarity with English, Mathematics and/or Science based on the MOE syllabus will be an advantage
- Candidates with relevant management or education experience are encouraged to apply

- 5.5-day work week
