Student Care Officer (Woodlands)

Position: Student Guidance Officer(SGO)
Period : 1 year contract
Salary : $2760 per month
Location : Woodlands
Working hour : 745am-5pm on Monday to Thurs,745-430pm on Fridays with 45 min lunch break.
- Conduct area supervision and school walkabouts during stipulated hours to proactively monitor and manage student behaviour.
- Supervise students serving assigned consequences (e.g. detention and reflective learning sessions) ensuring a structured, orderly, and meaningful experience.
- Support Key Personnel in incident management by conducting preliminary conversations with students and compiling relevant records and documentation.
- Assist in the planning and facilitation of school events, student development programmes, and other school activities as required.
- Foster positive relationships with students by maintaining professional boundaries and adopting a firm, fair, and restorative approach to behaviour management.
- Perform any other administrative, operational, or student management duties as assigned by the School Leaders or Key Personnel during stipulated working hours.
