Responsibilities
- Implement class programs according to the centre’s policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy to ensure consistent delivery
- Deliver MindChamps enrichment programs in any of the following subject/s ( English, Maths, Science, and Chinese ) based on established MindChamps curriculum and your personal competencies
- Guide primary school children (Primary 1 to 5) to complete daily homework assignments to reinforce learning
- Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and tailor support to meet their individual educational and developmental needs
- Prepare and organize teaching resources and arrange the classroom to create a conducive learning environment
- Build and sustain positive relationships with children and parents to enhance learning and development outcomes
- Demonstrate creativity and a positive mindset to serve as an inspiring role model for students
- Ensure the safe and timely transfer of students from school to the student centre
- Monitor and maintain the safety of children within the centre premises at all times
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Director or Centre Manager to support centre operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with Ministry of Education (MoE) schools or enrichment/tuition centres will be viewed favourably
