Student Discipline Officer #Woodlands
Summary
Supervises students on campus, monitors behavior via CCTV, documents incidents, and conducts restorative conversations with at-risk students.
Working Hour
- Mondays to Fridays: 7.00 am to 4.00 pm
Key Roles
Engage students during morning arrival; observe and flag concerns.
Supervise recess and lunch; de-escalate conflicts and document incidents.
Review CCTV for investigations; document case findings and outcomes.
Conduct restorative conversations and follow up on agreements.
Support at-risk students; conduct home visits; maintain case notes.
Supervise After-School Detention and Intervention programmes.
Collaborate with teachers and staff on student profiling.
Conduct internal and external patrols.
Maintain orderliness of facilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be MOE-registered.
Former MOE Primary School teacher or qualifications in Education, Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology.
At least 2 years' relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skilled in de-escalation, CCTV review, statement taking, and incident reporting.
