Student Discipline Officer | Woodlands

Working Hour

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7.00 am to 4.00 pm

Key Roles

  • Engage students during morning arrival; observe and flag concerns.

  • Supervise recess and lunch; de-escalate conflicts and document incidents.

  • Review CCTV for investigations; document case findings and outcomes.

  • Conduct restorative conversations and follow up on agreements.

  • Support at-risk students; conduct home visits; maintain case notes.

  • Supervise After-School Detention and Intervention programmes.

  • Collaborate with teachers and staff on student profiling.

  • Conduct internal and external patrols.

  • Maintain orderliness of facilities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be MOE-registered.

  • Former MOE Primary School teacher or qualifications in Education, Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology.

  • At least 2 years' relevant experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Skilled in de-escalation, CCTV review, statement taking, and incident reporting.
