Student Discipline & Support Officer (Buangkok)
Job Responsibilities
- Support student discipline matters, including patrols, investigations, late-coming and detention/in-house suspension.
- Monitor and follow up on disciplinary cases and corrective work orders.
- Maintain student discipline records, attendance and late-coming records using school systems.
- Support student management programmes for targeted students.
- Accompany students for off-site activities when required.
- Analyse discipline and attendance data to identify trends and support follow-up.
- Perform other related administrative and student support duties.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Counselling or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience working with youths and/or handling discipline matters.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duration/Working Hours:
1 year - subj to 1 year extension (Jan 2027 to Dec 2027)
From 01 Jan to 22 Oct 2027 and from 01 Jan to 27 Oct 2028, excluding school holidays and public holidays
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. However, depending on school's requirements, there may be days where the Personnel is requested to extend working hours. In such circumstances, Personnel will be granted time-off in lieu.
