Student, International Payroll

Our Team

As a student, you will play an important role in assisting the International Payroll Team to ensure accurate processing and recording of the company’s multi-country payroll.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Prepare payroll-related journal entries.
  • Assist with month-end payroll reconciliations and payroll provider uploads.
  • Support the review, assignment, and closure of cases within the payroll ticketing system.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and pension reports.
  • Support the documentation and maintenance of payroll processes and procedures.
  • Assist with the submission of share-related information in the TRESS system.
  • Review employee expense submissions for payment processing.
  • Validate vendor invoices and support the payment approval process.
  • Support the payroll team in recording and processing payroll-related transactions according to established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify process improvement opportunities and streamline payroll operations.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing reports and supporting documentation.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate and coordinate with payroll service providers across multiple international locations.
  • Support special projects and departmental initiatives as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • You are currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English
  • You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have an analytical, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • You are highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • You have sense of urgency, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • You have strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • You hold the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and collaborative environment.
  • You own a high level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
