This Position reports to:

IS Project Manager

About the Internship:

• Student Status is required
• Work in a modern office in Kraków
• Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)
• We expect availability 20-30h per week
  
  

Main responsibilities:

• Reviewing tasks and progress on project boards‌ in Azure Devops and Jira (checking statuses, maintaining clear board structure) against project objectives
• Preparing documentation of new functionalities‌ delivered by the Development Team
• Participating in testing activities and confirming acceptance criteria for User Stories from the Sprint Backlog ‌
• Collaborating with Business Stakeholders to understand the requirements and Business needs
• Supporting Application Teams in day-to-day operational and project-related activities
• Supporting the reporting process related to the KPIs and deliverables

Requirements:

• Student of Computer Science / IT / Management / Production Engineering or related
• English at B2 level or above
• Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Basic Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, simple formulas) and ability to present the findings
• Understanding of the development cycle would be an advantage
• Any knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, PowerBI is a plus
