Student Management & Admin

Open 19d

Summary

A bilingual administrator manages student enrollment, parent communications, and daily operations for an education centre in Singapore, using CRM and scheduling tools.

About the Role

Are you organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building a career in the education sector?

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Bilingual Student Management & Admin Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a central part in maintaining seamless day-to-day centre operations, managing student enrollment, and nurturing strong relationships with students and parents.

Because a significant portion of our client community communicates in Mandarin, fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bilingual Parent & Student Support: Act as the primary point of contact for student and parent inquiries in both English and Mandarin. Manage student onboarding, enrollment processes, and day-to-day communications with warmth and professionalism.

  • Operations & Scheduling: Oversee master class schedules, track student attendance, coordinate centre room logistics, and handle administrative record-keeping.

  • Data & System Management: Maintain accurate student files and input database entries across our internal student management systems, CRMs, and tuition fee/billing records.

  • Customer Care & Issue Resolution: Address parent feedback, manage student drop-offs/pick-ups, and coordinate with teaching staff to support student welfare and progress.

  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Collaborate directly with management and founders to identify operational bottlenecks, streamline administrative workflows, and translate key operational notices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is strictly required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking parents and translate center communications.

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or operations (experience within the education/tuition sector is a strong plus).

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Experience using student database systems, CRMs, or scheduling software is preferred.

  • Key Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, empathetic, and cool-headed under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

What We Offer

  • Professional Growth: Direct exposure to education leaders and company founders, with clear pathways toward centre management or operational leadership roles.

  • Work Culture: A supportive, energetic, and collaborative environment that values initiative and team success.

  • Competitive Package: Attractive salary, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and full health/medical benefits.
