Student Management Officer
Job Description:
- Conduct fact-finding interviews and support student disciplinary investigations.
- Gather statements, review CCTV footage and maintain case evidence.
- Prepare incident summaries and reports for school leaders.
- Conduct patrols and supervise student behavioural hotspots.
- Provide behavioural support and regular check-insfor identified students.
- Facilitate restorative conversations and guide students on behaviour improvement.
- Supervise students serving school-based consequences.
- Liaise with parents on student behaviour and management matters.
- Support the implementation of student management and preventive programmes
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Able to speak and write in English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Comfortable working with primary school students.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in student management, case management, investigations, conflict resolution, or working with children/youth.
- Experience in law enforcement or multi-agency
- collaboration is an advantage
