Student Management Officer
Key Responsibilities
1. Fact-Finding& Investigation
· Conduct student and witness interviews.
· Review CCTV and establish incident timelines.
· Gather and maintain relevant evidence.
· Prepare incident reports and summaries for school leaders.
2. PreventiveStudent Management
· Patrol behavioural hotspots and vulnerable areas.
· Supervise students during key periods.
· Engage students proactively and identify concerns early.
· Support behaviour education and preventive programmes.
3. StudentEngagement & Behaviour Support
· Conduct regular check-ins with identified students.
· Build positive relationships and encourage appropriate behaviour.
· Facilitate restorative and reflective conversations.
· Supervise students serving consequences.
· Guide students in reflection journals, behaviour contracts andaction plans.
4. ParentEngagement
· Arrange and support parent meetings on student management matters.
· Communicate behavioural updates and intervention strategies.
· Explain school expectations and follow-up actions.
· Assist with parent communication materials on discipline andstudent management.
Qualification:
The Personnel must have at least 1 year of experience inone or more of the following areas:
• Student management or discipline in schools.
• Case management and documentation.
• Conducting interviews and fact-finding.
• Conflict resolution and restorative practices.
• Working with children and adolescents displaying behavioural oremotional needs.
• Multi-agency collaboration with schools, social service agenciesor government organisations.
• Law enforcement (e.g. Singapore Police Force, Auxiliary Policeor Investigation Units), particularly in interviewing, fact-finding, evidencedocumentation and conflict de-escalation.
Contract Period:
Base period from 1 Sep 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Option period from 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027
Option to Extend: The Contractor grants theAuthority the option to extend the Contract for a further period of One (1)year.
School Term
• Required to work during School Semester 1 and 2
• Mondays to Fridays: 7:15 am to 2:15pm, inclusive of30mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted publicholidays and school holidays.
