Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and level-headed Student Management Officer to join our team supporting MOE schools with day-to-day student discipline and behavioural support. The role involves working closely with a school's Student Management Team to maintain a safe, orderly school environment — from daily discipline duties to case management and investigative support for at-risk students.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the school's Student Management Team in the day-to-day management of student discipline (latecomer detention, in-house suspension, pull-out programmes).
- Patrol school premises — canteen, courts, field, classroom blocks — during recess, lunch, and CCA periods to ensure orderliness.
- Provide direct supervision and case management for students identified as at-risk, including one-on-one engagement and progress tracking.
- Conduct investigations into student incidents, obtain statements, and prepare clear written reports for the school's Student Management KPs.
- Maintain accurate case notes, disciplinary records, and attendance data; support administrative record-keeping tied to student management.
- Participate in Case Management Meetings and communicate outcomes to relevant school staff, students, and parents where needed.
Who We're Looking For
We are not just looking for admin support — we want someone who is calm under pressure, fair, and genuinely invested in student welfare, not just enforcing rules. You are:
- Comfortable holding boundaries with students while treating them with respect and fairness.
- Organised and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to case notes and incident reports.
- A clear communicator who can work well with school staff, students, and parents.
- Open to working within a structured school routine and a purpose-driven team.
Requirements
- Minimum 'N' or 'O' Level pass (or equivalent); a Diploma is an advantage for some placements.
- Prior experience working with teenagers or in a school/discipline/case-management context preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) for case documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- MOE instructor registration preferred for most placements.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
If you are eager to be part of a purpose-driven team and want to grow the business together while sharing in its success, we'd love to hear from you!
