Student Management Support Officer

Job Description

• Assist with student discipline investigations, interviews, evidence collection, and incident reports.
• Maintain discipline case records, analyse trends, and update the HOD of Student Management.
• Coordinate with the Student Management Committee and Form Teachers on case follow-up and closure.
• Implement and supervise disciplinary consequences, including detention and in-school suspension.
• Ensure students complete assigned academic work and restorative activities.
• Conduct school and surrounding-area patrols to maintain discipline and safety.
• Monitor student behaviour and report disciplinary concerns or safety risks.
• Engage and mentor students to encourage positive behaviour and accountability.

Requirements

• Prior experience in youth work, education, counselling, social services, student welfare, or behavioural support is preferred.
• Experience in security services (SPF, SAF, or SCDF) is preferred
