Student Position: Sales Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Analyst Student that will handle the following:
AI, Innovation & Process Improvement:
- Identify process inefficiencies and manual work.
- Research and apply AI, automation, and innovative analytical solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of initiatives that streamline reporting.
- Improve workflows, increase productivity, and strengthen decision-support capabilities.
Commercial Analysis, Data & Business Intelligence:
- Gather, validate, and analyze data from internal and external sources.
- Assess commercial performance, customer trends, cargo flows, profitability, and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Strategic Projects, Reporting & Communication:
- Support business development, market analysis, digital transformation, and organizational efficiency projects.
- Prepare professional presentations and management reports summarizing findings, trends, recommendations, and business opportunities.
- Communicate insights clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- A student of: Economics/ Business management/ Industrial Engineering & Management/System Information – A must, master’s degree student - An advantage
- At least a 1.5 study balance - A must
- Available for at least 2.5 days of work per week- A must
- Analytical and systems-oriented, with knowledge and practical experience using AI tools for process improvement, automation, and innovative problem-solving – A must
- High level of control in English language (Speaking, reading and writing) - A must. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- High level of control in Office tools, Excel and Power point - A must
- Coursework in data analytics, business intelligence, statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or process improvement - Advantage
