The Opportunity

We are looking for a results-driven student recruitment professional with a proven track record in education sales, admissions or student enrolment.

This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment journey, from enquiry management and programme consultation through to enrolment conversion. You will play a critical role in growing student numbers across our diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Private Education Institution (PEI), university, training provider or education consultancy environment and be confident in achieving ambitious enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment & Enrolment

• Achieve individual and team enrolment targets across LSBF programmes.
• Manage prospective students throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from enquiry to enrolment.
• Provide personalised programme consultations based on students' academic background, career aspirations and learning needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students through proactive outreach and follow-up activities.
• Convert enquiries into enrolments through effective relationship management and consultative selling techniques.
• Ensure all enquiries are handled professionally and within established response timelines.

Lead Management & Conversion

• Manage and track recruitment activities through CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate student records and pipeline reporting.
• Monitor conversion rates and take action to improve enrolment outcomes.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, virtual consultations, emails and face-to-face meetings.
• Recommend initiatives to improve recruitment effectiveness and student conversion.

Student Engagement & Events

• Represent LSBF at education fairs, school visits, open houses and recruitment events.
• Conduct information sessions and programme presentations for prospective students and parents.
• Build referral opportunities through industry, community and educational networks.
• Support outreach activities that generate quality student leads.

Collaboration & Compliance

• Work closely with Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with PEI regulations and institutional policies.
• Provide market feedback and student insights to support programme growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, education sales, enrolment consulting or course advisory roles.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding student enrolment targets.
• Experience managing the full student recruitment cycle from enquiry through enrolment.
• Strong consultative sales, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple student enquiries while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.

Highly Preferred

• Experience within a Singapore Private Education Institution (PEI).
• Experience recruiting students for diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate or professional programmes.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore higher education landscape.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment pipeline management.
• Established network within the education sector.
