Open 49d

Ready to make a real impact? At Kate Schwartz Physical Therapy, we’re known across New Hampshire’s Seacoast region for delivering compassionate, one-on-one care that helps patients move, heal, and thrive. We prioritize ongoing education, advanced treatment methods, and close collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional, individualized care. Join a close-knit, PT-led practice where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly makes a difference—one patient at a time.

About Our Clinical Affiliation Program

Kate Schwartz Physical Therapy is honored to partner with the nation’s top PT, PTA, OT and SLP programs and provide aspiring clinicians with a unique, hands-on learning experience where you will learn, grow and make a difference in the lives of our patients. *Must be currently enrolled and attending school for Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistance, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy)*

Through our partnership with Fusion, we offer students two rotation options to complement the classroom setting:

  • Outpatient: make an impact on a patient population of all ages. Work side-by-side with your Clinical Instructor (CI), learning and treating a variety of conditions and diagnoses including arthritis, chronic pain, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, pre-post surgery, sports injuries, vestibular and balance, and women’s health.

  • Senior Therapy: make an impact and provide access to care to a geriatric population living in Assisted Living and Memory Care locations. Work side-by- side with your CI, learning and treating a variety of conditions and offering programs for activities of daily living, fall prevention, functional mobility, movement disorders, orthopedic injuries, vestibular and balance.

Throughout your time with us, we encourage you to ask questions, engage with patients, and immerse yourself in the practical aspects of your field. Your CI is eager to share their knowledge and expertise. Our goal is to provide you a transformative and enriching experience so that you leave understanding what great patient care is and feeling inspired and ready to make a positive impact, wherever you may practice next.

If you have any questions or if your program is interested in setting up an affiliation partnership with us, please contact us Students@FusionPTPartners.com

At Kate Schwartz Physical Therapy, we invest in a culture of inclusion and positivity and encourage all to apply to our open roles. You will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
