Student, Seating Sales

Tasks:

• Support in general office and travel organization.
• Service and update Reporting and standardize presentations.
• Investigation and coordination with different departments to support strategy discussions.
• Work with Microsoft Teams and set up a file system for all needed global information/activities & document sharing.
• Create and maintain a global tracking for customer RFQ´s, open issues, news etc.
• Filing and distribution of customer documents according legal and company requirements
• Support in innovation sharing and organization of customer events.

Requirements:

• Enrolled Student of Bachelor or Master studies within economics or related field
• Interest in Business, Marketing as well as Cultural aspects
• Strong skills of MS applications (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point)
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• We expect high level of initiative, strong communication skills, team spirit.
• Can-do-attitude and passion about working in a transforming environment.
