Student - Student Photographer (2025-2026 Academic Year)

Position Responsibilities

• Attend and photograph key campus events, student activities, and moments that showcase the authentic Ursinus experience.
• Deliver high-quality images that meet brand standards and storytelling goals.
• Organize and upload edited photos in a timely manner for use across various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to understand specific photography needs and content goals.
• May assist with occasional photo shoots or marketing campaigns beyond event coverage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in photography (DSLR or mirrorless preferred), with a strong portfolio that shows event work.
• Basic photo editing skills (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and ability to work independently at events.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends) based on event schedules.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings at Sprankle Hall to coordinate assignments and share creative ideas.
