Student Support Assistants (Discipline)

Job Description

• Conduct school walkabouts and supervise student behaviour.
• Supervise students during detention, reflection sessions and community service.
• Assist with incident management, preliminary student discussions and record keeping.
• Support school events and student development programmes.
• Maintain professional boundaries and use a supportive, restorative approach when managing students.
• Perform other duties assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 GCE O-Level passes, including English, ora full Nitec qualification or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain firm but patient boundaries with students.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in student engagement and management in a primary school.
• Former Singapore Police Force officers and those who completed NS with the SPF are welcome to apply.
