Student Technical Support Assistant

**This is a Dublin Campus position.** - Receive and respond to calls and emails regarding technology and classroom needs - Provide classroom technology/equipment support (projectors, PCs, smart boards) - Provide high quality customer service to faculty, staff, students, and guests of Ohio University. - Provide basic troubleshooting, diagnose problems, implement corrective action, or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate. - Assist students, faculty, staff, students, and customers with connecting to and using resources (Wi-Fi, classroom equipment, etc.) - Clean and maintain equipment as necessary - Set-up and tear down of all event spaces including conference rooms, classrooms, and programming spaces. - This role also provides general office support including but not limited to: answering the telephone and greeting visitors; filing; printing/copying; and providing front desk coverage. - Other duties as assigned
