Student Trainee (Management Analysis)

This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Technician / Administrative Support Work Category at the Entry/Developmental Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA DKASAA-PC12.

Performs a variety of assignments within the Management Analysis field involving different and unrelated situations, processes and methods.

Studies regulations and manuals to become familiar with the mission and technical responsibilities of the agency and the programs involved.

Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of new administrative and/or program management directives and instructions to determine effects of changes on existing operations.

Conducts evaluations and assessments of various administrative and management programs.

Gathers data, conducts studies, and performs analysis that involves developing solutions to administrative problems in a wide variety of functions and work processes for the area or program studied.
