Pathways Internship positions provide for development and training. Assignments become more responsible as incumbent increases knowledge and skills through work experience and academic training. At the full-performance level, you will be expected to:
1) Analyze, Develop and monitor plans, policies, procedures and guidance for the improvement of the organization.
2) Collect budget or accounting data to recommend changes and/or improvements.
3) Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.
