Student Worker/IT Support
-Provide basic technical assistance to SBPA faculty, staff, and students. -Assist with setting up and troubleshooting classroom computers, projectors, smartboards, podium systems, monitors, printers, and other audiovisual equipment. -Help users connect laptops and other approved devices to classroom presentation systems. -Check classrooms and conference rooms to ensure technology is operational before scheduled classes, meetings, and events. -Document technical issues and refer problems requiring advanced support to the appropriate SBPA IT Staff. -Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of SBPA computers, laptops, chargers, cables, adapters, and related equipment. -Assist with the distribution, collection, and secure storage of technology equipment. -Assist with providing technical support during SBPA programs, orientations, workshops, conferences, and special events.
