Student Worker Talent Acquisition

You will screen applications, support sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels, coordinate interviews, keep candidates informed, and maintain accurate candidate data and job postings in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program ideally in Business IT HR Communication Marketing or a related field
• Some experience with HR or recruitment through a role project or coursework
• Service-minded and confident reaching out to hiring managers
• Structured proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and LinkedIn
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude
