Student Worker Tennis Racquet Stringer
Position Summary: The Student Tennis Racquet Stringer is responsible for providing high-quality racquet stringing services for students, faculty, staff, and community members. This position also assists with maintaining the stringing area, inventory, and general tennis center operations while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
String tennis racquets according to specifications using electronic or manual stringing machines.
Inspect racquets for frame damage, worn grommets, and other maintenance needs before and after stringing.
Assist in selecting appropriate strings and tensions.
Maintain accurate records of stringing orders, preferences, and completed work.
Keep the stringing workstation clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Monitor inventory of strings, grips, grommets, and other racquet service supplies; notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
Work Schedule
Flexible schedule of approximately 10–16 hours per week.
Hourly Pay Rate 12.00 per hour.
Evening and weekend availability may be required based on operational needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
