About the Role

Cambridge Learning Group SG is looking for a Marketing & Admin Intern who is interested in digital marketing, social media, video creation, AI tools and online advertising.

This is a highly hands-on internship where you will spend approximately 80% of your time on marketing and content creation and 20% supporting the daily administrative operations of our tuition centre.

You do not need to already know every tool listed below. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, experiment and develop practical digital marketing skills.

Marketing & Content Creation – 80%

You will assist with:

• Managing and uploading videos and content across our YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook channels

• Production: Organising content, captions, thumbnails and publishing schedules

• Production: Helping to record promotional, educational and lesson-related videos

• Editing short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns

• Learning to create and manage YouTube Ads and Google Ads

• Assisting with the creation of simple mini-websites, landing pages and campaign pages

• Supporting promotional campaigns for our tuition programmes

• Creating marketing creatives, social media posts and video advertisements

• Learning how to use AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex for marketing, content creation and productivity

• Learning and using CapCut for video editing

• Learning and using AI creative tools to produce marketing images and videos

• Testing new AI and digital marketing tools that can improve our content production and marketing workflow

• Monitoring basic performance of videos, advertisements and online campaigns

Administration – 20%

You will also assist with the day-to-day operations of the tuition centre, including:

• Sending class reminders to students and parents

• Assisting with student and class administration

• Updating simple records and schedules

• Helping with basic communication and coordination

• Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome students, fresh graduates and individuals who are interested in developing practical skills in digital marketing, AI, content creation and social media.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Are comfortable using computers, smartphones and social media

• Regularly use platforms such as TikTok, Instagram or YouTube

• Have an interest in video creation and digital marketing

• Are curious about AI tools and willing to learn new technology

• Can work independently after receiving instructions

• Are organised and responsible

• Have good written and spoken communication skills

• Are willing to experiment, learn and improve

• Can handle both creative work and basic administrative responsibilities

Experience with video editing, Canva, CapCut, websites, coding, social media management or digital advertising is an advantage, but not compulsory.

Training and guidance will be provided.
