Studio Manager

Dubai Media is looking for a confident and organized Studio Manager to help bring television productions to life from the studio floor. You’ll be at the heart of the action — coordinating production teams, communicating with the Director, managing talent and studio movement, and making sure everything comes together smoothly, whether it’s a live broadcast or a recorded production.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with Directors, camera operators, talent, and production teams to ensure smooth studio operations.
• Manage the movement and positioning of talent, props, sets, and equipment during productions.
• Act as the key link between the Director and the studio crew, communicating instructions and feedback clearly.
• Keep productions on schedule and quickly address any issues or delays that arise.
• Work closely with technical teams across lighting, sound, cameras, and set design.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient studio environment.
• Help identify ways to improve production workflows and overall efficiency.
• Manage studio resources effectively and ensure equipment, props, and sets are ready for production.
• Support production teams, guests, and contributors to ensure everyone has the information and resources they need.
