The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to lead from the floor, inspire your team and deliver an elevated customer experience that feels unmistakably Stylerunner.
You'll bring energy to the store, confidence to your team and a commercial mindset to everything you do. From driving KPIs and creating a standout customer experience to developing talent and keeping operations on point, you'll play a key role in the success of the store.
We're looking for someone ready to take ownership, challenge themselves and grow into their next chapter of leadership.
What You'll Bring

Previous retail leadership experience in a Supervisor, 2IC or similar role.
A genuine passion for fashion, premium activewear, sneakers and the sport-chic aesthetic.
Confidence in leading, coaching and motivating a team.
A strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to drive KPIs and sales performance.
A sharp eye for visual merchandising, store presentation and the finer details.
Strong organisational skills, initiative and operational know-how.
A positive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexibility to work a Sunday–Thursday roster.
