Stylists and Colorists uphold the Adolf Biecker Experience Standards and a deep commitment to exceptional guest care within our AVEDA concept salons. Team members specialize in either styling or color services, demonstrating advanced technical expertise and artistry within their craft.

Through personalized consultations, Stylists and Colorists build strong relationships with their guests—offering expert recommendations and delivering services that consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver customized hair services and treatments tailored to each guest’s needs and lifestyle
• Provide expert consultations and professional recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Educate guests on AVEDA products, services, and at-home care to support long-term results
• Maintain current certifications and stay informed on industry trends, techniques, and innovations
• Consistently work toward established benchmarks in productivity, guest retention, and pre-booking
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and workstation presentation
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented salon environment
