We are seeking a passionate Sub System Manager to lead the design and development of advanced rail solutions, working alongside dedicated teams to deliver projects that transform urban mobility. As a leader, you will drive complex initiatives, ensuring every subsystem meets the highest standards of reliability and innovation.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and results-driven teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of sub-system scopes within our projects, driving progress and delivering results that make a tangible impact. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, supply chain, and more), manage resources and timelines, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating sub-system activities and stakeholders, but also monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with applicable standards.



We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying project strategies to meet contractual commitments and targets for sub-systems.

  • Proactively contributing to overall project performance by identifying risks, savings, and opportunities.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across sub-system scopes.

  • Leading and coordinating sub-system activities from requirement capture to final project delivery.

  • Planning, monitoring, and managing sub-system activities, including scope, schedule, resources, and risks.

  • Synchronizing stakeholders and ensuring alignment at the sub-system level.

  • Managing interfaces with project-level teams and train-level teams to resolve issues and optimize outcomes.

  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.

  • Experience or understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

  • Knowledge or education in electrical engineering,

  • Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and quality standards.

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

  • Very good command of English.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
