Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Psychology

Power Within Psychology is seeking academically strong individuals for the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) in psychology. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop high-quality academic resources that support students preparing for national-level psychology entrance examinations.

SMEs play a crucial role in ensuring conceptual depth and academic rigor in study material and question banks.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing MCQs, question banks, and mock tests for psychology entrance examinations

• Creating structured study material and academic resources

• Ensuring conceptual accuracy and exam alignment of educational content

• Supporting curriculum development and academic planning

• Collaborating with faculty members to refine academic resources

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology

• Must have qualified at least one national-level psychology examination such as:

• UGC NET JRF
  
• GATE Psychology
  
• Clinical Psychology (RCI) exams
  

• Strong conceptual clarity in core areas of psychology

• Interest in academic content development and educational resource creation

• Ability to analyze previous year questions and exam patterns
