SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR

Full-Time | On-Site

We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC III, LICDC, or higher) to join our treatment team. This position provides substance use treatment services within a secure institutional setting through group counseling, documentation, and program support.

Qualifications:

LCDC III, LICDC, or higher required

Two years of chemical dependency treatment experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Facilitate and/or co-facilitate treatment groups

Complete clinical documentation and treatment records

Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team

Assist with program evaluation and quality improvement efforts

Complete reports and perform other related clinical duties as assigned
