Position: Substitute Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Location: Districtwide - Van Derveer Elementary School, Somerville Middle School, & Somerville High School
Available: Immediately
Qualifications: NJ Department of Education Substitute Teacher Certification Required.

- Law Enforcement Experience preferred
- Graduation from a Police Academy
- Responsible for monitoring access to the school building
- Knowledge of security measures, fire prevention, and crowd control
- Ability to maintain order and to work with groups and individuals on matters of security and crisis management
Salary: Substitute are employed at the per diem rate of $160.00 with a maximum of four (4) days per week.
