- Ohio Nursing Board License
- Pupil Services Registration license issued by the Ohio Department of Education
- Complete and Pass BCI & FBI Background Checks
- Complete and Pass a Medical Screening (Physical, Drug & TB)
- Substitute Rate of Pay = $140.00/day no benefits
