Overview
Our mission at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School, is "To Be Like Christ" in all that we think, do and say while experiencing the joy of learning. Substitute Teachers provide educational instruction to students in assigned age group or subject area for short-term or long-term assignments.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver educational instruction using the most efficient and effective methodology for the students assigned when regular teacher is unavailable.
- Provide corrective feedback to students and re-teach as necessary, to insure students have mastered the objections.
- Collaborate and clearly communicate with parents/guardians and other educators to assist the students.
- Implement approved-course curriculum.
- Implement modifications in a student’s education plan as required.
- Complete written reports and assigned administrative tasks related to these functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Principal.
