Description
1. Familiar with substrate manufacturing process and handling with substrate issue.
2. New substrate material study and implement including structure analysis.
3. Collaborate with substrate vendor for new process, especially EMIB.
4. Familiar with FCBGA , FCCSP assembly related product will be a plus.
