Job Summary
The Sandwich Artist® / Service Crew greets and serves guests, prepares products, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles light paperwork. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests promptly to ensure a positive customer experience
- Prepare sandwich products according to company standards to maintain quality and consistency
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards to comply with health regulations
- Handle and process light paperwork accurately to support daily operations
- Follow written and verbal instructions to perform tasks effectively and efficiently
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Some high school education or equivalent

Benefits and Compensation
- Part Time Service Crew: From $11.57^/hour, 7 hours a day, 5 days per week, with a one-time sign-on bonus of $288* after 12 consecutive months of work
- Full Time Service Crew: $2,000-$2400^/month, 8 hours a day (including 45 minutes break), 6 days per week, with a one-time sign-on bonus of $588* after 12 consecutive months of work
