Responsibilities:

· Provides individual and group substance use and co-occurring therapy to consumers and their
families in a manner that is consistent with evidence-based treatment standards and best practice
guidelines. Prepares comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, crisis
intervention and pre-screens as needed.

Qualifications:

· Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline.

· Two or more years’ experience providing treatment to individuals with substance use or co-occurring
disorders.

· Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage
several projects/tasks simultaneously, and work independently.
