Job Summary:
Dishwashers keep the restaurant running by ensuring all kitchenware and service items are cleaned and sanitized. This role also assists with basic cleaning and prep tasks to support the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean plates, utensils, and cookware
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dish area, trash disposal, and kitchen support areas
- Follow sanitation and safety standards consistently
- Assist with basic prep or cleaning tasks assigned by kitchen leadership
- Ensure all clean items are properly stored and organized for service
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
