Hosts are the first point of contact for guests and set the tone for the dining experience. This role manages reservations, waitlists, and seating while maintaining a friendly, organized, and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently
• Communicate wait times and manage guest expectations
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide menu information
• Assist servers and managers in maintaining guest flow and satisfaction
• Ensure the entry and waiting areas are clean and organized
• Provide exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure
