Summer Interns 2027 – Product Operations Enablement We are looking for students who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn to join our Summer Internship Program in Stavanger. As a Summer Intern, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to this mission while developing your skills in a global company with colleagues who are passionate about making a difference What you will be doing As an intern, you will play a crucial role in our journey to help save lives. Your Responsibilities will include Improving how product teams operate: Identifying process gaps, workflow bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve collaboration, alignment, and execution across cross-functional product teams. Leveraging data and AI: Exploring how data, analytics, AI, and automation can generate insights, improve productivity, and simplify the way teams work. Collaboration Alignment: Designing and proposing solutions to improve decisn-making and cross-team execution using frameworks like Service Design and Business Analysis. Supporting Product Operations Enablement: Working directly with Product Operations Enablement leadership on initiatives that help product groups scale their offerings, ways of working, and decision-making capabilities. This hands-on experience will provide you with invaluable insights into the industry and help you shape your future career. The program lasts for eight weeks between June and August in Stavanger. You are interested in how products, people, processes, data, and technology come together to create value. You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and making information easier to understand and use. You are naturally curious about AI and have already experimented with AI tools to analyze information, improve productivity, automate tasks, or create solutions. While we welcome applicants from a variety of educational backgrounds, this role may be particularly relevant for students in Business, Service Design, Innovation, Industrial Economics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
