Summer Intern- Resident Storytelling and Content Creation
This role supports both ongoing marketing initiatives and our Generations of a Nation campaign, a company-wide effort focused on storytelling, connection, and preserving the voices of older generations.
May–September | High School & College Students Welcome

$15.00-$17.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
• Interview residents, families, and team members in a warm and respectful way
• Film and photograph resident stories, events, and daily life
• Create content for social media, website, and internal campaigns
• Work independently while collaborating with the marketing team
• Help bring meaningful stories to life through video, photos, and written content
What We’re Looking For
• High school or college student interested in marketing, communications, media, or storytelling
• Comfortable engaging with older adults and asking thoughtful questions
• Outgoing, personable, and confident
• Creative with an interest in video, photography, or social media
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

Submit one example that demonstrates your creativity or storytelling ability. This may include:
- Video (TikTok, Reel, short-form video, etc.)

- Written piece or school project
- Storytelling Interview Project
Interview an older adult (family member, friend, or neighbor) and submit one of the following:
- A 1–3 minute video, or
- A short written story (1–2 paragraphs)
