SUMMER LANDSCAPE TEAM MEMBER (PAID TRAINING)

Landscaping365 is hiring Summer Landscape Team Members in Dublin and Northwest Columbus for immediate start. This is a hands-on outdoor job designed for students, teachers on summer break, and entry-level workers who want active work, weekly pay, and real skill development without early morning or indoor shifts. No landscaping experience is required. Team members are trained directly by the owner using a structured landscaping system focused on consistency and quality work. The role includes landscape bed maintenance, weeding, mulching, planting, and general property cleanup. Ideal candidates are dependable, coachable, and willing to work outdoors in summer conditions. Pay starts at $18.50–$20.00/hr with weekly pay, and the schedule runs Monday–Friday, typically 9:30 AM–3:30 PM. Transportation support is available from a Groveport meet-up location.
